So, sometimes when your child repeats something enough times you decide to respond with nonesense to break up the repetitive pattern in hopes of bringing about a new phrase or at least to end the incessant repetition.
Silas said, "What are those guys' names? Are those scary guys?"
I go, "Scary guys like chickens."
He goes, "Scary guys don't like chickens! Scary guys eat chickens!"
True. Scary guys DO eat chickens.
Enough said.
Lesson? Stay away from scary guys.
